We find jobs for you, then apply them to on your behalf.
Job searches hard. They take a lot of time and effort and often you might find yourself staying in a job you hate because of it or accepting a position even when you could have gotten a better offer elsewhere. We help make it easier.
We make it easy. We bring in our expertise in finding and successfully applying to job opportunities, allowing you to concentrate on what makes you great at your job while we concentrate on finding you the right roles.
While we use software and automation to give us deeper insight into the job markets, we work with each client individually to get to know them on a human level, understand their requirements and select the right job opportunities for them.
We use automation to make us more efficient, but it is the human touch that gives our service and our clients the edge.
No. We work for and are hired by job seekers. Our sole aim is to find you the right role, with the right organisation, for the right pay.
Unlike a recruitment firm, we are employed by the job seeker and not the employer. This means we are not just limited by to the job opportunities with employers who have directly hired us but instead work to find the best job opportunities for YOU.
We’ll never attempt to convince you to take a position that isn’t in your best interest nor ever ask you to compromise.
Well yes and no. While you might not need to pay for their services directly, any employer who would look to hire you would be liable to pay your fee. This fee is often as high as 15-25% of your yearly salary.
While you might not be paying for this directly, it would drastically increase your total cost of employment to the employer and limit you ability to successfully negotiate your own salary.
Again, yes and no. Recruiters, just like real-estate agents and other commission based search professionals, work on commission. And while the more you make, the more they make, the additional time, effort and risk associated with getting you a higher salary has continued diminishing returns.
So while they might try to convince the employer to have a higher budget at the start, allow them to offer candidates from a larger pool, it is actually in a recruiters best interest to then get you to take the first offer you are given so that they can move on to the next deal, rather than spend an equal amount of time getting you a higher compensation package.
